The Nest
Mother Mentorship Program
Each participant at The Nest is matched with a Mother Mentor, a volunteer community member, for a period of 1 year.
They will meet regularly for supportive conversation to develop and realize reintegration. This includes assisting the participant to navigate through the barriers they face by providing guidance and community resources.

Safe, Stable, Trusting Relationships
Mentoring programs address the unmet needs of at-risk mother-infant duos. This program has the capacity to provide both safe, stable, and trusting adult relationships, and the resiliency building that the science indicates for mitigating the trauma of adverse childhood events and community disparity.
The Nest Mentorship program emphasizes a trauma-informed approach capable of addressing the multifaceted and complex bio-psycho-social struggles faced by many at-risk mothers and their family systems.
